Phenomenal Women of Color

• Active Local - A member who lives in the local area, is current on dues and attends all discussions as scheduled.
• Online Local - A member who live sin the local area, is current on dues and participates in all online book forums.  (These members can also attend any local event hosted by PWOC.) - Please note that if you live in the tri-state area and you want to participate online you must pay dues as a LOCAL member.  Online Only status and dues are reserved only for members outside of our local area.
• Online Only - A member who does not live in the local area, is current on dues and participates in all online book forums.  (These members are encouraged to attend conferences with PWOC yearly.)

Active Local/Online Local members:  Dues are $30 quarterly
Dues for local members cover:  tshirt, "Property of" book stamp, and social outings such as birthday celebrations.  Dues must be paid at the beginning of each quarter (Jan., April, July, Oct.)

Online Only members:  Dues are $65 yearly
Dues for online members cover:  tshirt, "Property of" book stamp and assists in the cost of maintaining proper bandwidth for online book forums.  Dues for the year must be paid when signing up.

Dues can be paid in person at discussion meetings, via mail or online.  Dues are nonrefundable.

Upon receipt of your application, you will be contacted by the president.  Your membership application will be completely processed once your dues have been received.  We offer online payment options through paypal.  Please note that Online Only and Online Local members must submit their dues online at the time their application is submitted.

Upon successful processing you will recieve an email detailing the next vital steps in becoming an official member of PWOC.

If you will be an Online Only member you will be required to submit a photo via email to the president.

If you are an Active Local or Online Local you will be required to attend an informative meet and greet with the president and vice president.
