Living Right On Wrong Street by Titus Pollard

~*~ Coming August 2008~*~

You can have it all. Then you can lose it. How you regain it, and how you define it, depends on you. Living Right On Wrong Street is a contemporary tale loosely based on the Biblical story of Job.

Joseph Bertram (Job) Wright gains widespread notoriety as the founding partner of Wright & Storm, a residential and commercial real estate firm. When Delvin Storm, his partner, is convicted of embezzlement and racketeering, Job loses his realty license and closes the firm.

Job, along with his wife Monica, leaves Louisville for Phoenix, convinced that new surroundings will make a life’s difference. He pursues a new career in public school education while Monica lands a marketing position with a Scottsdale golfing resort.

Unbeknownst to the Wrights, Delvin commits to a high stakes conspiracy game destined to afflict Job, who’s dealing with the ramifications of his own lies and deceptions. Monica attempts to be the spiritual, corrective force in their marriage, yet she fails the grade in dealing with her own cold heartedness and desires to conceive.

This story weaves the main characters through a series of victories and challenges that hold their relationship to God, or the lack of it, to the proverbial light.

When the race ends at Wrong Street and the desert dust settles, the three main characters come to realize the meaning of true salvation and the essence of living right.
